I found this cute idea on Pinterest where you interview your little person and ask them some questions and then ask them the same questions every year. This would work especially good around their birthday so you could do it annually. What a cute idea to see how much your little person changes through the years. I thought that this was a really cute idea and wanted to try it with buddy. BUT, I didn't want to wait until his birthday to do it. So... I decided since buddy is 3 and a half I would start with every six months. So here goes....

I love the many blessing that I have received in my life. A great family, wonderful friends, an awesome church, Sam, a good job. God has been so good to me...I love my life, even when things don't turn out quiet how I plan. That happens a whole lot more than I'd like, but I know that God is in control and that he loves me.

Yesterday was my Daddy's 60th birthday. We got him a new barbeque. He needed one. If you never meet my dad, I would want you to know that he is the hardest working person that I've ever met. He's my buddy's hero! And I love him very much! My dad loves my mom so much. I personally don't think I've ever seen anyone love someone as much as my dad loves my mom and vice-versa.
Now, my daddy and I have been known to dissagree. It happens. But, I know he loves me. And I love him so much! And I love how much Buddy loves him. It makes me happy that he has someone so AMAZING to look up to. I pray that Buddy will grow up to be just like my dad. The best person ever!
I do think that I will teach Buddy how to drive though. Not sure Buddy or my dad could handle that. But you never know..we'll just have to see. I'm just glad that Buddy LOVES his grandpa more than almost anyone.
I have been truly blessed with AMAZING parents! And honestly the luckiest girl ever to have this man as my Daddy!

This year for Valentines Day I wanted to do something fun and different for Buddy for school. Last year I saw a bunch of cute Valentines and I just wanted to get a little more creative this year. So after scouring the web and finding lots of cute ideas I took this picture of buddy and added the mustache..(which was my favorite part of the card)
I'm a sucker for you Valentine! Buddy and Grandma made the suckers out of red (white) chocolate and wrapped 'em up. I had them printed up for $4 on Shutterfly and we were in business. I was so excited at how they turned out. Super easy and so cute!

Things I've learned....

1. Hugs can make everything better! AMEN!

2. A good haircut is worth the price...or the drive!

3. Your family is your treasure. Prize it!

4. Good make-up can make any bad hair day better! Black eye liner, Bronzer, and Mascara can be your best friend. False eyelashes make me smile!

5. Everyone deserves a second chance. I truly believe this. I'm grateful for the second chances that I have been given. And blessed with the second chances that I HAVE given.
